For students, once you sign in to GTC4me, go to Self-Service, then Financial Information, then FA Refund Direct Deposit. You'll need your bank account number and routing number. Your direct deposit request will take several days to complete.
Access your account information through Self-Service the same way you entered your account information. At the top of the Bank Information page will display your current information on file. Select delete and hit submit. You are now ready to enter new bank information. If you don't wish to receive direct deposit, don't enter new bank information.
No. Our bank performs a test to ensure your bank account information is correct. If you see the 0.00 posting on your statement, it means your account information is correct and you will receive your refund via direct deposit.
